I realized that helping females without considering health issues might not be wise after all. Not wise for me, not for all the teams, and certainly not in this dispensation when energy is required and important to great achievement and excellence. 
As we are building a movement of females who are fundamental to the millennium development goals, and whose role is critical in changing and contributing to the development of every facets of their economy we also need to take time to consider our health. Here are simple moves to make female look healthy, be healthy and live healthy.

• MAKE ONE GREAT MOVE! (MAKE WALKING EQUAL TO A GYM VISIT)
• BOOST YOUR MOTIVATION!
• STRESS A WHOLE LOT LESS
• STAY SWEET
• JUST ADD WATER!
• FIND YOUR BALANCE
• DRINK YOUR VITAMINS
• AND RELAX
• BE CONSISTENT WITH ALL THE ABOVE
